Park + Associates is an architecture practice based in Singapore, working across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in the region.

Architecture, for us, is driven by curiosity, rigour, and a belief that spaces should be both meaningful and delightful - regardless of typology, scale, or geography.

 

Our capabilities and approach

Our work spans master planning, architecture, interiors, landscape, and experiential design, allowing ideas to move fluidly across disciplines and projects. We focus on projects where strong architectural intent, close collaboration, and disciplined execution can come together - while engaging meaningfully with clients, consultants, builders, and makers. Our work includes residential architecture, landed homes, and larger-scale developments, alongside interiors and master planning.

 

Scale and structure of the studio

We are a team of over 80, with more than 60 based in Singapore and satellite offices across the region, including Thailand, and the Philippines. This allows us to remain grounded in our context while working across diverse environments and cultures.

 

Architecture, interior architecture, and interior design

Architecture forms the overall spatial and structural framework of a project - its organisation, materiality, and relationship to context. Interior architecture builds on this, shaping the internal spatial experience, including layout, flow, and atmosphere. Interior design, in our practice, is not applied decoration, but an extension of the architectural idea - ensuring the project is resolved as a coherent whole.

 

Related entities

In addition to P+A, our related entities extend different aspects of our work. 2nd Edition focuses on commercial interiors, while P+A Projects provides planning, design, and coordination services for themed environments, including attractions, resorts, and hospitality developments. Each operates independently, with occasional collaboration where relevant.

 

Working in Singapore and across regions

We work both within Singapore and internationally. For overseas projects, our role typically focuses on upstream design leadership - from vision-setting and master planning through to design development and design guardianship during delivery - working alongside local architects and consultants to ensure the project is executed appropriately.
