Masterplan Value Engineering: We used a systematic approach to improve the value of the building & experience to work within our client's budget on several lands of the park. We thought of innovative ways to maintain the creative intent of the design; offering the most effective performance for the cost.

Attraction Design Packages: After the value engineering of the different lands and attractions, we transformed concept packages into physical drawings; defining the spaces and their relationships.  Several iterations occur through Schematic & Detailed Design, allowing stakeholders to provide input along the way.

Construction Drawings: Finally, we developed comprehensive Shop Drawings used for manufacturing and installing show set elements. Often we model elements in 3D to determine sizes and locations of structures, while integrating special effects, A/V components and ride systems. We worked with our Professional Engineers to ensure code compliance within multiple jurisdictions and Client requirements.
