The Gateway

Located along Confederation de la Russie (Russian Boulevard) in Phnom Penh’s Central Business District, The Gateway is a landmark mixed-use development featuring a 36-storey office tower with 299 strata-titled office units, a 39-storey residential tower with 572 apartments, and a two-storey retail podium with prime commercial outlets. Designed to integrate workplace, living and retail experiences within a cohesive urban framework, the project also includes lifestyle amenities such as a fitness centre and swimming pool. Our architectural practice led the design from initial concept through to Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, delivering a coordinated and build-ready solution for this prominent city development.
